Peter Gunn

I love Duanne Eddy, in fact, I had a t-shirt with him on it that I wore to the bone...and I love the Peterr Gunn song. Last week Dancing With The Stars did a great version. Is that an accordion?

One of my favourite bands, Art of Noise...did a version in 1986...this version would usually fill a dance floor back in those days.

And Henry Mancini...

Geez, I think I remember your Duane Eddy T-shirt. Duane Eddy's sound is really tied up with the interplay between his guitar and Steve Douglas' sax. Douglas played on all sorts of stuff in the early 60s including Beach Boys material, as well as some of the Specter vehicles. Later, he played with Mink Deville, and in the late 70s joined Bob Dylan's band. You can hear him on Street Legal and on Bob Dylan at Budokan.

I did not know that Douglas played with Dylan. It's like that scene in "Mystery Train" where everyone looks like Elvis! I thought there might be an accordion inthe DWTS video?

I bitTorrented Dancing with the stars so I was very careful not to read any of your references to it until I was finished watching it.

I am so in love with Warren.
