Breakfast: Honey and egg cup:2 egg yolks. 1 teaspoon honey and a dash of of ground black pepper: beat until thoroughly blended
Black coffee or lemon tea
Lunch: Honey and egg cup
3 oz. hard cheese
Black coffee or lemon tea
Dinner: 1 cup clear soup
1 slice whole wheat bread
Honey and egg cup
1 portion of fresh fruit
Bl;ack coffee or lemon tea
Second Day
Breakfast: Honey and egg cup
1 slice whole wheat bread bit of butter
Balck coffee or lemon tea
Lunch: Honey and egg cup
5 oz. fish poultry or meat
3 tablespoons boiled cabbage, spinach or courgettes
Blacj coffee or lemon tea
Dinner: Honey and egg cup
3 oz hard cheese
1 slice wholewheat bread
WINE AND STEAK 5 Days/loss 5 lbs
Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs or 4 ozs grilled steeak
Lunch: 4 oz. grilled steak
1 glass red wine
Dinner: 4 oz grilled steak
1 glass red wine
Black coffee or lemon tea allwoed as you like, no sugar though. Seasonings for steak, but no salt
AVOCADO 3 Days/loss 3 lbs
(I've actually done this diet...it's kind of pleasant)
Breakfast: 1/2 avocado filled with cottage cheese
Black coffee or lemon tea
Lunch: 1/2 avocado sliced and mixed with sliced hard-boiled egg. 6 slices of cucumber and onion to taste.
Black coffee or lemon tea.
Dinner: 3oz beef steak or hamburger, rare.
1/2 avocado with cottage cheese
Black coffee or lemon tea.
