Treehugging In Cathedral Grove


Half point in Vancouver Island is an old growth rain forest with some trees that are 800 years old called by us locals Cathedral Grove. (Its new name, which I refuse to call the forest is the name of a logging company). These pictures don't even begin to show the colours or sixe of this rain forest...but we tried. Stagg is beyond blown away by all the stuff he's seen, the wilderness and nature...we've seen more deer than people. And the mountains we are driving over this next couple days are mad stunning...but here are these incredible trees
