Oops and a video for Amy

I have been wanting to go to Vegas for the last couple of months. Last night I ended up in an MGM Grand Casino for six hours due to travel (lack of) connections...and I saw some good musicical shows, some awesome jazz stylings and lots of people watching...but I think I won't be going into a casino in the near future. Took care of that right quickly. I don't play gambling games, in fact, I had a book with me, super nerdy,

After running around for a week or so...and now back at my desk...I see some of my blog postings have been all screwy, like no photos...oops sorry. I was posting from internet cafes, and was speed posting, and didn't realize some of the photos weren't working properly.... Isn't it wonderful to jump into a bath after traveling! I am going to go and catch up on everyone's blogs today...and also feed my new addiction: Dexter a serial killer who kills serial killers...it is so GOOD!

I ended up watching a lot of videos as well at a casino bar last night and saw this Madonna video. I thought of Amy and thought she might like to play this at her destk at work this afternoon. I love the cartoonyness of it, let's dance!

Dexter is an awesome show! I also recommend the two books in the series written by Jeff Lindsay. Cheers!

If you're being good and NOT spoling it... you'll enjoy the last four episodes the most!

Nice arty video - thanks!

Dexter? On TV - ?? I have been without a TV most of the time for a few months, and just sold it - so I have not seen this intriguing bit. This sounds like the ultimate - something original! Who would have thought about writing about a serial killer killing serials?

Casinos can get old fast - I used to sleep over one in Biloxi - then spend most of my day over the bridge where Walter Anderson had his art displayed - what a wonderful artist - I'm afraid so much of his stuff was destroyed in Katrina - Casinos also have great food as a rule!
