Hobo Apples

I made some hobo apples last night. I got a tin and put parchment paper in it and then sliced a granny smith organic apple and jammed into the bottom of the parchment paper. Then topped it with a crumble and pecans. Baked for one hour at 350. Yum!

That sounds good. but Brianna cant have nuts so this is a treat that i cant make for the girls.. Hope you had a wonderful mothers day.
