A new French bakery, BEURRAGE. opened in our neighborhood this week. Best coffee I've had in Chicago. Two women from the Netherlands were in the cafe doing a research project about gentrification. They are using Toronto and Chicago as survey subjects and we did their survey!
The croissants and quiche were delicious. Stagg loved the place! And again...the best coffee I've had now in Chicago. Beurrage is at 1248 18th Street, Pilsen, Chicago.
