I love him...I was trying to find a picture of him and his fellow chefs when they looked like pirates...after all...a chef is really a pirate!
He is so hilarious with his persona and street cred of the cool guy compared to the nerdy Disneyfied chefs making a living on Food Networks everywhere.
I know because I partake in the Food Networks porn for big eaters like myself heh heh...
