Gardenia, she is quite a character all right. When she is talking to Colbert she reminds me f how my grandma and I used to talk with each other. My grandmother also ignored me when I was obnoxious. And I always tried to be "bnoxious" (or uprourously funny) to her.
Mister Anchovy,, yes she still has a show although it is producedby different people. She lost a lot of her oney, she lost a lot of her property...but she came out of prison with an even more funny perspective and she is a good sport. Unlike all those assholes on Wall Street, the Enron guys or Exon Valdez...she paid her dues to society. Funny how society makessure a woman goes to prison over a few bucks and her lies...but Enron and Exon don't ever have to be shamed in public over their massive chronic lying.
Yes, Janet, that is Conan in the long red wig and on the horse. I died when saw that. We just watched Colbert's Christmas Special...it is beyond existential and surreal. It is so ludicrous...and hilarious...and then all of a sudden...when John Legend, Feist, Elvis Costello, etc are singing a song together it actually is beautiful! That Colbert...what an artist!
