Candy Mix - I arrive on your blog with an un-blog-related question. Back in 2006 or so I found an online reading group's conversation about Nelson Algren's novel 'A Walk on the Wild Side'(2002)with the contribution of 'Candy Minx' - can't imagine there are more than one of you... I would like to quote from the conversation for my PhD thesis on Algren's work. Technically, I could do this without acknowledging you (as the exchange was in the public domain) but I'd far rather have your permission and let you know your reading group's comments had a long reach...
