I wondered how long it would be before you posted this! It's good fun, isn't it, though I don't like the song as much as some other Gaga tunes. This director is great, I think!
Yes the director is awesome. It's Swedish director Jonas Acklund and all of his music videos are reallly really good. He used to be in a metal band Bathory.
I was checking out his list of vids the other day. There are some really good ones on there, including Prodigy's "Smack My Bitch Up", which is rad, and The Cardigans' "My Favourite Game".
Being a fan of punk and ska and rock I don't usually get into other genres too often but I like what I like and I like Lady Gaga. Bats in the belfry but I like her.
Although the beginning before the song started was OK, the video did pick up. I liked the homage to "Thelma and Louise".
Last night, during the "Culture Warriors" segment of "The O'Reilly Factor", Gretchen Carlson was going off about how she thought the video was so offensive to her (insert me eye rolling here).
