Does the Truth Lie Within? - New York Times

This is the whackiest weight loss program I've ever heard of, I love it. A spoonful of sugar makes you diet!

No wonder I am addicted to watching Regis and Kelly every day. Talking heads format is anthropological and my inner primate needs morning face-to-face contact!

My inner primate ate six bananas today.
Big ones.

That can't be good for a girl.

Regis cracks me up, but Kelly...well, sometimes I wish for Kathy Lee back.

Hi, Regis makes me laugh too. I've been watching the show since it started, and am completely beyond addicted, Regis is like family. Many friends have teased me over the years for watchign such a nerdy mainstream show, but it makes me laugh in the morning. After reading this article I wonder if it was simply the "talking heads" that I enjoy? I found this review of a diet book so interesting...can it be true that a spoonful of sugar makes you lose weight?

C.H. Green, great to see you drop by!

It took me awhile to understand why this article was called "does the truth lie within" because it looks like a non-scientist or doctor has figured out why we gain and lose weight and how to lose it the best way...by controlling our appetite with a bit of sugar? Sugar because we used to be primates?

It's just crazy enough to maybe be true!

I sleep in the daytime thus missing most of daytime television. Morning for me is 1pm.

I kid you not.

Thanks for the comments on my site you left awhile back.

Well, I suspect morning is when we wake up. I keep strange hours, sometimes awake very early, sometimes very late. I am sure the tv part of this article was because he lived alone, I think he was a student when he discovered tv big faces first thing in his day helped him sleep at night.

Cheers Antoine!
